We will deliver your fencing order to a large majority of the following postcode areas: Maidstone ME, Tunbridge TN, Canterbury CT, Dartford DA, Bromley BR. If we don't deliver to your area as standard, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Conditions of Free Delivery
Free Delivery starts with orders over £100 and is within the local area. This is usually within a 2 mile radius of Detling
Within 2-3 miles, free delivery starts with orders over £150, else a £20 delivery fee is applied
Within 3-5 miles, free delivery starts with orders over £250, else a £25 delivery fee is applied
Within 5-10 miles, free delivery starts with orders over £500, else a £30 delivery fee is applied
Within 10-15 miles, free delivery starts with orders over £1000, else a £40 delivery fee is applied
Within 15-20 miles, free delivery starts with orders over £1500, else a £60 delivery fee is applied

Delivery Time & Conditions
Delivery times vary depending on the goods ordered & location required. Every effort is made to deliver materials efficiently within 7 days (sometimes sooner). We would prefer you to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the materials and check their condition. To keep our delivery costs to a minimum we do not use Hiab craned vehicles for deliveries therefore, bulky and heavy items may require you to assist the driver who may be single crewed. Our delivery teams are insured for kerb side delivery only. Materials cannot be taken through/around properties.
Returns
All returns must be authorised by Glebe Fencing before sending any goods to us due to breakage / damage. Products which have been delivered checked and are in sound, good condition cannot be replaced if damage occurs after delivery.
Glebe Fencing do however want you to be happy with all products you have purchased and if you feel that a manufacturing defect is the cause, at our discretion we will be more than happy to replace the product(s). Over ordered or wrongly ordered goods will incur a 20% restocking fee which covers administration and stock adjustment. If you are in any doubt on a product, how it will be shipped or how many will be shipped as standard, please call us and we will be happy to assist you. The delivery of any returns must be paid for by the customer unless other arrangements have been made with Glebe Fencing Ltd in advance.
Bespoke, handmade and special order items cannot be refunded once commissioned.

Glebe Fencing cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions on this website with description and pricing, although every effort has been made to ensure measurements, description and pricing is correct. Should an ordered item be incorrectly priced on the website, whether to high or to low, Glebe Fencing will call you to discuss further.
